So much of Denville’s vibrant community is made up of individuals that exemplify the true spirit of what Denville is all about, and we’d love to introduce you to one of them.

What are some of your favorite things about working in Denville?
As a Denville Police Officer, I take pride in making sure our community is safe and that the residents receive the best help we can offer. Many times I feel spoiled working with some of the best officers this state has to offer. Plus, the support we receive from the Denville residents is greatly appreciated. On my days off, I run Hub Cycles Mobile Bicycle Repair. I was nervous opening a new business in town but my customers have been great and supporting!
What is the best thing to do in town on your day off?
Denville is unique because there is always something to do during all four seasons. Between our lake communities, trail systems and town events, it can be hard to pick just one, however, my family and I enjoy going to the Denville Library, Gardner Field, Cooks Pond and all of the downtown Broadway events. Also, I enjoy riding my mountain bike in the Tourne and Split Rock.
What is something unique that people should know about Denville?
The residents of Denville have a lot of pride living here and are always willing to help a person in need. I am excited for my children to grow up in this community. Also, we have some great food and coffee establishments. I especially enjoy ordering food from Hunan Taste, Pasta Shop and Summit and Main and for dessert, you can’t leave out Beignets. As a self proclaimed coffee snob, you can always find me at Sweet Vinyl.
